Great Inn and Food too The Bavarian Inn and Lodge in Shepherdstown West Virginia is absolutely beautiful. It's like something out of the lifestyles of the rich and famous. The rooms are divine. Some even have fireplaces in them and most have balconies with great views. The staff is nothing short of excellent. Helpful in every way. Bavarian Inn This is my most favorite place in the area to go for a wonderful relaxing meal. To be able to add the stay over in the awesome rooms overlooking the river is a bonus.

Outstanding all around. Worth the drive from Baltimore and we accidentally picked Oktoberfest! What a great surprise!
