So, i wish we would have seen all the reviews before we, too, fell victim to Doug. Not only did he not fix our vehicle, he used it for his own personal use putting over 500 miles on it and causing damages. We were forced to file a stolen car report with the Summerville Police after neither the vehicle, nor Doug showed up at the shop. We found it at his home. Doug is not good to do business with. I would beware if I was ever to do business with him.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I took my car to have spark plugs and coils replaced. Doug installed the wrong spark plugs and used coils! If you are looking for a place to take your BMW, this is NOT the place.

Be careful before bringing your vehicle here.. I was initially impressed with Doug because he seemed to have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Bmw repair.. I quickly and expensively found out that he is all talk.. I brought my vehicle to have costly repairs made to my valve cover gasket and shortly after getting my car back I began smelling oil burning... For the first time in this car..
