I had to cancel my appointment by email since they don’t answer the phone and they called me to say the won’t reschedule because I cancelled by email… it was my first appointment as a new patient and that’s how they treated me.
Dr. Bautista is wonderful. Kind, caring and efficient. As is her entire staff.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr Bautista and her staff. They are so prompt with returning phone calls, getting me in to see the doctor, setting time aside for emergencies and placing referrals. The staff is kind, compassionate and nonjudgmental and they truly care about their patients. They are all knowledgeable in their roles, gentle in their work, understanding about the fear of dental work, and have made all my experiences with them wonderful.
