I was the seller of a property in Penn Valley and encountered a very disturbing interaction with Alain D’Andrade during the final walkthrough. While I was speaking with my handyman in Tagalog about final clean-up items, Mr. D’Andrade interrupted and asked my handyman, “Is that your boss?” followed by, “Are you talking to your boss?” He then said, “Let me talk to your boss, I know how to speak English, hahaha,” while laughing.
