While scheduling my first visit over the phone, I was told my insurance was accepted. The next day I was told it was not and have a $400+ bill. Very upsetting.
We have had such a wonderful experience with both Dr. Lexy and Dr. Aaron! Both myself and my kids see them, and they have been amazing with our whole family. My youngest sleeps better and is usually noticeably happier and less cranky after his visits. My older son tends to get very stiff and sore, and they’ve helped him so much as well. Dr. Lexy Bautch is such a BLESSING. From the very first appointment, Dr. Lexy has made me feel heard and validated with my struggles and concerns. Neither of us could believe how terribly I felt at only 27yrs old. Nearly 5 months later, I’m feeling like a totally different human. Never been to a chiropractor before and after a fantastic first time appointment, I can't believe it took me this long to go. Dr. Alexis and everyone is very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I'm looking foward to my next appointment
