Ordered a 6 bone prime Rib from them for Christmas dinner. Ordered it cut tied and seasoned. The best piece of meat I ever had the pleasure of cooking. Everyone was impressed and satisfied by the end of the meal. Good job guy’s and thanks

we had 2 hamburgers and 2 rubbed burgers and a pack of all beef dogs... couldnt get them made quick enough even for the kids
Great local butcher shop. Top quality meat. They have a nice selection of sauces and seasonings as well. Their house smoked chicken wings are amazing.
Cooking a big batch of Jambalaya in a few weeks for a small gathering. I will definitely be making my way here for their andouille and awesome Tasso!!! I love this place....never disappoints.
I called to place a Christmas order on the 19th of December, I understand its last minute but the way this was handled was terrible. I called and was told "Oh, No,No, NO we are not taking anymore Christmas orders" before she even knew what I needed, and then she hung up right away. You were highly recommended but this first impression pushed me to many other local butchers that were able to take my business and now will keep it due this unpleasant experience.
