Slow service-my wife went there and she was told the glasses would arrive around 3 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks, no glasses and they can’t tell us anything about when they would be ready. Poor service and no customer support. When asked for specifics they defer.

Amy was very impatient and rude over the phone. There was a small miscommunication between my insurance company and her office. She took her frustrations out on me, her customer. She said that she would order my new lenses, "when she got around to it," and complained about how much the insurance company was paying her. Incredibly unprofessional.
