Dr. Baum is very professional, and I highly recommend him. Unfortunately, my experiences with Valerie at the front desk have been disappointing. She often appears disengaged and is difficult to communicate with. I understand customer service can be stressful, but her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant.
