This group of folks obviously care for their patients - something that is becoming more important these days. I surely appreciate their care and consideration.
Everyone at Baum Dental is awesome. They are always friendly and wanting to make your visit a pleasant experience.
I love the staff! Miss Robin whether @ computer or on phone always acknowledges me and says hello as soon as I walk in the door. Miss Leslie has such a personal demeanor and sharp memory. She remembered an issue I had with a tooth months ago and asked concerning it. Dr. Baum is a blessing; very endearing personality! And only dentist that has given me a simple/comprehensive oral care plan. All other dentists under whose care I've been, have wanted to perform all these 'extra' procedures and no guaranteed outcome. Always a very pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Have been going to Dr Baum for several years and will continue to do so. Robin greets me with a smile and is so helpful with a schedule that works well for me. Dr Baum is super also.
Everyone is very kind, considerate and personable. This type of atmosphere makes it almost a pleasure to go to the dentist.
