My first experience with this office went pretty good. A couple of weeks later, my second appointment for a physical, Was not good. The PA never showed up. I was there for over an hour and a half. I had to reschedule that appointment. My third visit, there was nobody manning the front desk. The PA came out and attempted to take my vitals, weight height, etc. the PA struggled on how to use the blood pressure cuff. She actually put it on upside down and got a bad reading. So incredibly thankful that this is a walk-in clinic and the convenience of only living down the street. So accommodating to get me in for when I don’t feel good- sick injured anything- they have the best service. I was able to get treated extremely fast and I was so thankful because I was so uncomfortable and not feeling well. Being treated fast helped me so much. By the next day, I felt so much better so thankful for this walk in clinic.

I'm deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by Baum 5 Star Healthcare. My 85-year-old mother, who had traveled from PA to spend the holidays with us, fell ill, unfortunately catching something from my kids. After a less reassuring experience at another clinic, Baum's team was a beacon of hope. The moment we walked in, the provider formulated an immediate plan. Amazing !! U can do everything here one stop. Urgent care , Botox , general dr visits everything . Mani is amazing goes above and beyond !!
