Bauer's was incredible to work with. Family owned, and we were well taken care of during the entire process. Not only was the food AMAZING, but they also provided us with many things for the reception set up (card holder, beautiful cake stand). Bauer's Catering was exceptional! I heard from a number of guests that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Our entire experience working with Mary was wonderful- from the first meeting- to the last she was patient and professional. She spent extra explaining all the details from the menu to the presentation to the delivery. I have known the Bauer family since 1991 when Eddie opened Bauer's on the Bay, which was one of the best restaurants/ bar around!!! Food was always delicious, service amazing n the family made u feel like you were part of their family!!! Over the years have attended many events handled by Eddie Jr. from lake county Fair up to 5 star elite weddings n everything in between!!! Each and every time was in absolute awe , they do such an amazing job I wouldn't trust anyone but the Bauers to handle my events!!!
