I’ve never been spoken to like that by anyone in a professional setting in my life. After waiting 4 days for a quote on my leaking roofing I contacted Bob and he was very irritated I would ask when I was going to get my quote and gave me excuses. I told him I understood his situation and I just wanted any sort of communication from him because of the urgency of my situation and he snapped and he cursed at me calling me names and hung up. This guy is a complete liar. He called me out for a leak. I showed up to the appointment on Monday morning and found the leak. After almost 30yrs in the roofing industry I was able to assess the minor leak pretty quickly. He is correct, my wife went to the hospital Tuesday morning. I got behind in work caring for my wife and being Mr. Mom to my children and trying to run a business. I had not had a chance to type his estimate up yet and send it to him. This guy ripped off an 80 year old lady we bought a house from. Asked to repair the repair he did for her and he refused and tried to recharge for the same work, rip off artist
I am very pleased with the gutter repairs that Bauerle Roofing did for me. They are fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
