While working through a probate situation is difficult and different for everyone, Bauer & Assoc. helped to make the process as easy as possible. In my case, they were working with someone in Europe, so had to deal with a time difference and legal accommodation. Updates and progress were done regularly, they answered all my questions, distribution of proceeds were handled in a timely fashion. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
I have been leasing here for almost 2 years- as a professional performance coach. I have found Bauer & Associates to be professional, and always attentive to whatever I have needed! The building remodel has been a little bumpy, but they have responded promptly to any issues I have had. And, it looks gorgeous!
I’m a physician, leased the same office for 25 years, rent never late. Doug Bauer called carrying the owner’s water: your rent is going up 37.7% and you are getting a (30 day) termination notice in case you don’t agree – get out - move a medical practice somewhere, 9 employees, thousands of patients, 25 years – nowhere to go that fast - he didn’t seem to care.
