I just contacted Batzner because one of their trucks had been parked outside of my house, and appeared to have been there for a few days. Hired Batzner for flying ants, chipmunks, and mice. We signed up for a contract. my husband showed one of the people who came out where ants were coming in (a sky light), and they argued saying that we would have water coming in if this is where the ants were coming in. He sprayed around the house. We had zero decrease in ants. They came out again and sprayed a second time after I called them to come back. Again, zero decrease. Kurtis gives customer service.Very easy to talk to shows u what he has done and walks around with you to show what he saw. Adrianne is also very nice. works with u to figure out program will work best for u. I highly recommend this Batzner

We are very pleased with Batzner. They have always promptly attended to us when we needed them even when we weren't scheduled for service. Joe Wilkiewicz has been a pleasure to work with and very attentive in going above and beyond in satisfying our requests!
