Dr. Valika is literally the best doctor I have ever had (I've had too many to count). She is the only doctor I feel 100% confident in and trust. I started my pregnancy with an A1C of 6.7 and have finally gotten it down to a 5.5 with her help. She sends me a message every week to adjust my insulin levels and is quick to respond to every message I send when I have questions or concerns. I will always choose Dr. Valika first for all of my diabetes needs (when I am able to have her for my provider).
Dr. Valika has helped me get my thyroid in check and keep it monitored very closely over the past couple of years. I was having troubles with pregnancies until she was able to make some changes. Now I have a healthy baby with another on the way. She genuinely cares and her staff stays on top of things as well. Very happy I found her!
Poor communication and irresponsible!!! Not able to reach the doctor or their office to correct the mistake they did in putting a lab order. I had the fast half a day and drive one hr to go to the lab only to find that they put a wrong order in.
Dr. Valika is a great doctor! I have been seeing her for close to 10 years now. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, and is also just a kind person. I can tell she cares about her patients! The staff working in her office are all very good too.
I've been going to this clinic for over a year and everytime I go there's always a problem. But today I told the nurse who checks you in that I didn't want to be here because I had a migraine and that I feel they just want you to be there for money as i was just there last week and things could of been discussed that week. Well the nurse told her that and she had a hissy fit and refused to see me and told me to get out essentially without going over any of the stuff they called me in there for.
