Service was timely and thorough. My chimney was repaired beyond my expectations. Excellent work.
Lady said she would call the day before the scheduled appointment to give me a better idea of what time she would be at my house. She never called, and she failed to answer every call I made to her the day my cleaning was scheduled. I waited all day, and she never showed. This company has shown me they are completely unprofessional and do not respect the time of people wanting to give them business. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars.
