Batts Chimney service did a outstanding job for me in January. I had a gas fireplace and wanted to convert it to a wood burning fireplace. Andrew came and on time. He converted my fireplace and cleaned the chimney all for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Andrew and Batt’s to anyone. They also found a specialty fire pit cover for my outdoor wood chimney fire pit that no one else could find. Again i highly recommend Batt’s. Very professional..
These guys are great! I can certainly say that they offer the very best service around. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and have a great attention to detail. When they leave its like they have never been there and everything is clean. Great Job All Around!
I have to say I'm exceptionally disappointed with Batt's Chimney Sweeping. I was to be a first time customer. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance and took an entire day off work for them to come, only for them to call at 4:20 to tell me they cannot make it. It's incredibly rude and unprofessional, and as such will be finding another company to service my chimney.
Great, honest service with very knowledgeable technicians. They repaired our 70+ year old chimney that was unsafe and unusable. Now it works as it should and no more smoke in the building!
