I contacted this company because the TV show portrays Izzy as someone who came from humble beginnings and truly advocates for everyday homeowners who often get taken advantage of by contractors. That message is what motivated me to call. My actual experience was the opposite. It took nearly two weeks to receive a callback. When I did, I was told it would cost $250 just to have someone come out, with no guarantee that Izzy or the designer from the show would be involved.
