Great experience with Doctor Tavani. Great service and always gets to the bottom of your illness. Thx.
Dr Tavani gives plenty of encouragement when I’m doing well. Televisits are a perfect use of my time. The office staff is always on top of everything for me.
If I could give Zero stars I would. Communication has been horrible over the past 2 months. They never answer the phone, the couple times that I left a message asking for an office manager to return my call have been ignored. Really frustrating that you can’t rely on communication between you and your primary care office. I will definitely be looking for a new Provider. If your looking for transparency and great service, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
