The staff has excellent customer service. I am not at all comfortable with dental work, but the staff made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Cheng was sure that I understood each aspect of my care. I would highly recommend Battlefield Dental.
As the title of my review says, I am very anxious when I go to the dentist. A bad experience many years ago caused it for me. I really like the staff at Battlefield Dental. Dr. Cheng and his staff are very comforting and do an awesome job of explaining things. I am still in need of some treatment that I am working up the nerve to have done! I would highly recommend anyone to visit their office for all your dental needs!

Dr Cheng is both professional and genuine. Truly cares about his patients. He listens and explains things in good detail. Couldn't ask for a better dentist. I've been a patient for a year. Megan is wonderful too. I just had the pleasure of meeting her yesterday. She answers your questions and is such a burst of positive energy!
Thank you for the cavity filling treatment recently! You did an excellent job without any paint! Not only comforted my fear (of which I had bad experienced with other Dentist Office) but you keep me heads up of each step you are doing which is very important for the patients to be expectedwhile they sitting on the chair with fear! I would recommend you to anyone that not comfortable to go to the dentist office!
