This review centers on the Florence location, not Conway. Three weeks ago I asked for an apt for the following week to check gas logs, suspected gas leak. Asked they phone next week for apt as I would be out of town. I was told it was my responsibility and would need to pay \$75 as the logs were inside the home - fine I said, just call for an apt early next week. No phone call was received.
