Quality, Craftmanship, and Functionality!
Had my bushcrafter for about a year now. The sheath is very nice. The handle scales are comfortable in my hand and do not create hot spots. Mine is in full flat grind in high carbon steel and holds an edge well. Only issue with the knife is with the initial grind near the handle. The edge starts out un even and there is a step that feels like stairs at the end on the grind where is feels like someone hesitated a few times before actually diving in. BHK knives are second to none. The quality and craftsmanship put in these knives, as well as the leather sheaths, is absolutely awesome. After doing some research on knives and seeing BHK was only 2 hours south of my home, I made the purchase. I wanted to support locally as well as make a solid purchase, which I did. I sent in a non BHK knife for a spa treatment and re-handle job last week. I really liked this knife but wasn’t happy with the scales and edge. I told Adam that the guys had creative freedom to get my knife up to par. I knew I was going to receive quality work but when I received my knife on Friday, I was blown away with what they had done.
