I met Dan in Harrisburg, PA. I selected a knife, took it to him and told him I loved the size weight and feel but the handle was no good in my grip. He placed the knife on some paper in front of me, traced it's shape out and asked me what i would do differently. I watched as he penciled down my corrections, he talked to me about blade grinds and handle material, and now I have an awesome CUSTOM knife that fits my hand perfectly.
