Recommendedthe sales staff especially bruce, help me with every question I had in making my decision about buying from BCHD. I would like to include nicole drake, she was great. the staff always says hello when you enter the building. everyone is very helpful without all the pressure.
I was able to practice on the Jump Start bike today to prepare for my riders course. Bruce worked with me and taught me how to go through the gears. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I was able to take my time and he helped me to feel less anxious about the course. It's a beautiful store, very friendly staff.
Sales person Nicole was great at helping me pick out my first bike. The beginners riding class was an excellent experience. Always friendly, fun staff.
We were there today, just to check it out. Didnt get 5 min away and cable clutch broke on my guys bike so we went back there. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. Amazing people, definitely will be back!

The service department is awesome. they always to great by me and their manager Craig is a great person. They all deserve the highest praise. I will be a customer as long as I have a bike.
Exceptional customer service, great ppl and so friendly! One thing we learned going thru BC Harley Davidson was that with their warranty it is recognized everywhere unlike many other HD in Michigan the other warranty is NOT.. great investment for sure. I recommend Nicole she's amazing and knows her HD to the T !
Took their beginner riding course and felt more comfortable and confident! Went from never riding to impatiently waiting to get a bike. Thank you so much Dennis and Lance! Great instructors!
