I love BCHD !! Very cool people. Shannon is saintly. Mike is ok too. scotty was very helpful and knowledgeable about adding accessories to my new street glide. Beautiful facility, great experience. The only reason i chose Harley Davidson is the treatment i receive at the dealership. I have had triumphs all my adult life and still own , but my new bike is Harley because of the folks at BCHD. Thanks guys!

Battle Creek Harley is the best...My wife and I bought a triglide from them this past summer we were treated very well and got a good deal. Now when we go back into the store the people call us by our first name and help us the best they can. Would recommend this dealer to anybody who is looking to buy. I have purchased 3 (make that 4, with the addition of my 2018 Ultra!) Harleys from BCHD, and will likely purchase many more from them in the future. WONDERFUL people. Very helpful, friendly, and overall great people. I highly recommend them.
This place is the best and so is Nicole. I was blown away with the whole experience of buying my new Softail Slim. 5 stares isn't even enough. Dealings with Hot Rod and GRHD where so bad I almost switched to Indian. Thank you BCHD for showing me there is a dealership out there worth dealing with. You guys are the best and I'll refer everyone to you.
