Had a door installed by Battle Creek Door 2016. It has been used perhaps 16 -20 times. Broke on Memorial Day. We called the emergency number, no response. Understanding it was a holiday, we cut the cables to shut it and called them the following day....and the next....and the next.....and the next. Finally after receiving NO response, NO return call we called another door company. Sometimes things break, we understand that. Unfortunately their customer service is not recommended and apparently their doors aren't either.
