I purchased a set of shocks for my truck that unfortunately didn’t fit correctly due to an inaccurate manufacturer description regarding the extended length. I was going to refrain from posting a review but the more I looked, the more laziness of work I found. I had good intentions of this place, the prices they gave me for parts were great but the service was under performed. For $2k+ they charged to install everything I would have expected better service. Who ever they had do my tie rods was poorly experienced and under torqued everything, especially putting on dust boots, some reason the guy put the dust boots over the rack & pinion, installed the tie rods then tried to stretc... read more
Excellent service all the way around! 2026 Tundra. I Had Baja Designs light bar and fog lights added along with grill replacement. Every question was answered and explained. No upsell pressure. It’s nice to find a group of great auto enthusiasts who do a great job. Will absolutely worth with BBO in the future. Wes and his team provided excellent customer service.
