I ordered a product and it was backordered until October. When I inquired about the order status, they updated me and offered a refund. Refund was quick. It would be great to get some kind of notification of the backorder, but other than that, they were very helpful.
I originally stopped by Battle Born Offroad to get a new set of wheels and tires for my Dodge Challenger, and while I was there, I got a quote on some maintenance work I needed done. The price came in way lower than what the dealership wanted, so I decided to have them handle it too.
