DO NOT USE BATTIATO & ASSOCIATES! Felix is a COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT AND RUDE! They claimed our MINOR son on someone else’s tax return and will not admit it. We have emailed the numerous of times regarding this and Felix just yells and says that “ ANYONE IN THE WORLD COULD HAVE FILED OUR SON AND STOLEN HIS IDENTITY!” This is not possible as it was his firm that we have used to file our taxes. Much like Jessica below, I went here based on a family reference, and my experiences were terrible. On one occasion, I had to call the state myself to recover money owed to me due to a mistake Battiato made that I was never informed about. The following year, after paying for their services and receiving no updates on my return, I was eventually told that I owed money without any clear explanation. Extremely disappointing and honestly upsetting experience. My parents have been going to BATTIATO INCOME TAX and BATTIATO & ASSOCIATES since before I was even born. I’m turning 22 years old, so this is a place that had my family’s trust for decades. Because of that, when I got my first job while I was in college, I decided to go to the same tax service without hesitation. That trust was a mistake.
