I would recommend them to anyone and would let anyone know that they did an excellent job of short selling the home and taking a huge burden from me. It took only 4 months from beginning to close which is a short time for this type of sale. Most helpful was the free seminar provided by Matt that I attended before going through the process.

Matt Battiata also offers informative seminars that explains the differences between the short sale process or walking away from a property. The Battiata Team was wonderful to work with and I would use them again. I had a short sale and even though it is a longer process, they kept me informed the entire time and made the short sale bearable.
