Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, trying to simply buy a battery and the employee is trying to pick fights with us for simply checking on my phone for the correct details. Since when was looking at your phone a crime??? Then after screaming at us he proceeds to chase us out of the store and scream at us outside of our car. The owner shows no respect for his customers!
Went today emergency car battery failed . Sunny was helpful, professional and quick to replace the Mini Countryman battery. Ran test, reset the computer connection - no setting was lost. Great price too compared to Mini dealer. Drive away very happy. Thanks Sunny (like the sun)
