Very helpful advice
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. A tip for the owner or salesperson — when a customer comes in with a faulty battery, don’t lecture them, show them a voltage chart, and blame them for the issue. I purchased this battery just three weeks ago. The alarm company installed it, but it didn’t work. The alarm company put their own battery in and the system worked - should have just paid the alarm company to put their battery in in the first place - lesson learnt.
