Absolutely terrible to deal with I bought a battery with 40 months warranty and returned it within 12 months as it was dead got told that warranty is void cause the battery was flat , I explained that I had it on charge and he said doesn’t matter if it won’t charge it went flat so warranty is void if you don’t like that take me to department of fair trading. The owner is extremely rude

The products are overpriced, and installation is overcharged. Customer service was poor. While other branches offer free installation when the battery is easily accessible, this branch insisted on charging installation fees. On top of that, the battery price here is higher compared to other Battery World branches.
Very efficient and well priced. Staff is also super helpful and kind.
