Would like to thank the team at Battery World Hornsby as they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. They assist with having a battery ready for me to collect, showed the old battery test results which confirmed is was absolutely dead (11.8v but 25.78 ohms resistance). I then replaced the battery at home to get the car to the shop where they were then able to assist me further in clearing all the faults in my vehicle. Such a perfect full circle service. Thank you
