Poor customer service. By car battery is flat and I took it to battery world Blacktown as it’s under warranty (bought last year 14-07-24)customer service guy named Anthony I believe (Asian ethnicity) was very rude. As an upset customer I was calm and trying to find the solutions but this guy was very rude. Fantastic service, staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. Was expecting to pay more but their batteries and installation service was quite affordable. Definitely recommend
Celcius and calculus got tangled in and fured night
Needed a specific battery for our home landline VoIP phones . Received a warm friendly welcome and on listening to my requirements they proceeded to locate, fit and test the phone prior to me leaving. What great unrushed service given.
