RecommendedI went to Battery Warehouse this morning & I have to say.. AWESOME Customer Service!!! Walked in, Gene greeted me & assisted me right away, checked my battery ( I needed a new one- which I had already assumed) & they replaced my battery all before I could finish my coffee ( that they offered to customers while they wait)!! Professional, quick & efficient! Great experience!! I highly recommend this business!!! 🌻

Horrible service. Went there with a ATV battery that was bought within the year and I was told that they only carry a 6mth warranty on their batteries. That has to be the worse warranty ever. Prorate it or something. Same issue happened to another ATV last week, but purchased it for Hutchinson’s ATV on 107 and he replaced it no questions ask. He’ll get my business from now on.
I JUST LEFT FROM HERE 5 MINUTES AGO ...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHOEVER THE GUY WAS ON THE MOTORCYCLE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE!!!
As far as I'm concerned, if you need a battery, you go to the Battery Warehouse. That's it.
