Absolutely awesome. I recently purchased a battery back in March and it ended up being a bad battery and I went back to them yesterday 6/16/26 and they checked it and replaced it with no problem. They really are great at their job and customer service is top notch.
My battery died for a second time. Thankfully, I have a Decco to jump it off, but realized I needed a new battery. Called Battery Source to find out what time they closed. It was 30 minutes before closing. I offered to come in the next morning so they could close on time. I was encouraged to please go ahead and come on in, they were there to sell batteries and meet my need. I told them it would take about 15 minutes to arrive. They advised not a problem.
