Don’t trust the young man behind the counter he will make his own price and the tell you different from what the old man says for a battery I could buy for $35 dollars he selling for $80 witch isn’t the issue the issue is when you tell a person one price and another comes to tell you another witch the young man likes doing whether he’s p appointment pocketing the money or not he still trying to get people not a good sign won’t ever return old man say he take batteries back young man say ls no

Called 15 minutes before closing for info and they wouldn't help me! Asked for pics of terminal on a battery as mine had special connections and couldn't do it! You had 10 minutes to snap a shot! Sorry but you lost me forever as a customer.
Younger mechanic is very unprofessional. The first time I went to get my brakes done. It was just about 1000$ he "test drove" it 74 miles and returned my vehicle with a chipped Hubcap. To my chagrin; I went back AGAIN to get a parking brake installed. Ridiculously expensive. In addition he shattered my shifter protector this time around and tried returning it to me without telling me. (Which he did fix for free) but not without trying to tell me that the car plastic is "brittle" and gets "damaged from the sun" LOL ya right..... read more
