The manager Drea was rude, but maybe she was just having a bad day.
Called to find out if they had a battery for a nest thermostat in stock. She told me she couldn't look it up without the battery number. I'm not around the unit but I'm close to Batteries Plus where I could have picked it up. I'm not sure if it's laziness or a poor computer system that can't look something up but either way rather disappointing.
All I needed was a key cut on a key fob every lock smith including dealer ship wanted to program the key but that's not what I wanted . All I needed was the key made so after spending all morning being turned down by lock smiths, batteries plus made it happen! They were nice helpful and honestly saved me 150.00.
I tried to get a new battery, and my key fob was destroyed. I went to get a new battery put in my car key fob, which I have done a couple of times at this location in the past few years. The price increased to about three times what I paid before, but the employee said if I paid $4 more than the base price of $18, it’s a free “lifetime replacement,” so I went with it.
