Shocking employee behavior to say the least. Dismissively told that warranty is valid for one year. When I questioned that assertion, I was asked to produce a receipt. The employee looked at it and said I should go to the store where I purchased the battery. When I told him that I was simply inquiring about the specific warranty for my purchase, the employee reiterated his earlier statement.
