Apparently they didn't want to work on my watch. I pit stopped as it looked convenient. Three employees said they all tried and none of them could open this watch and they would not let me use their tool to try. Hmm.. Curious. So, I ordered El Cheapo watch repair kit from Amazon and literally had the watch open in a single effort in seconds. Same tools Batteries Plus supposedly used. Don't waste your time with this place. Its not what it seems.
Went there for a key and program ,they had to order 109 for the key and 35 to program, Jerry the associate helped all the way threw process if you need a key and program this is the place to go first , again thanks for all your help Jerry employee of the week
Needed a battery for my Subaru key fob. Went to Fast-Fix at Ross Park Mall - they wanted $75! Decided to try Batteries Plus and so happy I did! Great service, replaced in less than 5 mins and cost under $20. Will definately be back!
