Gary Newman the manager needs an attitude adjustment! I had my screen replaced and my iphone been hot. I took it back in for him to tell me it’s going to do that because I choose a cheaper screen replacement. He told me if I would replace with the iphone screen that cost $450, I wouldn’t have the problem. I spoke to Batteries plus store and was told that’s not true.
If you have selected this location for iPhone repair cancel it and find another location covered under insurance. Drive further for better service and quality work. Just a waste of time and gas to drive here and get zero services because the certified tech Norman has no integrity or work ethics.
manager is so rude and doesn’t take accountability as the MANAGER, to run the store. had my phone since 9:30am, didn’t show up to work until 11am, had to come back to do a security screening (fine part of the process) never called me to let me know the hour was up. called the store to see what the deal was, he took the phone from the associate to talk over me and argue!!!!! then had the nerve to argue with me again in person with the most condescending attitude about the fact he told me it would be an hour. was so rude had a... read more
