manager is so rude and doesn’t take accountability as the MANAGER, to run the store. had my phone since 9:30am, didn’t show up to work until 11am, had to come back to do a security screening (fine part of the process) never called me to let me know the hour was up. called the store to see what the deal was, he took the phone from the associate to talk over me and argue!!!!! then had the nerve to argue with me again in person with the most condescending attitude about the fact he told me it would be an hour. was so rude had a... read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would ! The manger Matthew Joyner is horrible !!! I don’t know who gave Matthew that job but they need to find a replacement ASAP! He has no customer service skills at all. Made an appointment for 9:30 .. Joyner didn’t show up until 11am.. then left my phone for him to replace the screen. Was told I would be contacted to come back in a hr .. but never called the phone on file .. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment to have my phone battery replaced at 6PM. When my husband and I showed up, the girl working the counter said her manager had mentioned something about having a battery replacement appointment but he decided to go ahead and leave for the day anyway— when he is the one who does the battery replacements! bought a new key fob for my Chevy in January. Within a month it had lost its programming and I went back and got it reprogrammed without any problems at all the gentleman who helped me was very nice and very helpful.
