Very helpful and understanding
Very knowledgeable about not only the car battery but the vehicle itself. Plenty of options to choose from and cost less than the auto shop I called. Baily was very courteous and as I was waiting for the install observed her, Sean, and the other staff listen to the customer needs and provide a workable solution without any pressure to buy something they didn't need. Installation and battery registration was quick and done professionally.

When I come in to warranty a car battery. Please don’t try and sell me your bs and lies. Educate yourself. I was wearing my work tech uniform. Trust me. I know more than you. Yes I will call you out time and time again in front of all the other customers. Will never be back.
Friendly and courteous staff. Subject matter experts and very competent. I needed 3 UPS unit battery replacements, and they got it done in less than 30 minutes.
