Sean and his team were amazing! I had a difficult battery replacement (2014 Ford Escape) and they were beyond quick. We didn't even have time to finish looking at the flashlights and bulbs. I'll be taking all my cars here from now on and be recommending everyone to do the same.
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS BATTERIES PLUS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I drove like a mad person trying to get to this location before they closed at 7 PM. I got there at 6:45p., and all I wanted to do was to leave a non working phone - no phone number attached to it - with them, so they can replace the battery. They told me, oh no, we cannot do that.
