I was in need of a battery for my key fob. They took replaced and checked it and went the extradited with friendly service. I'll be sure to do all of my business there and tell my friends. Thank you B+ team.

The "gentleman" who assisted me was extremely rude, and I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Unfortunately, a family member had already purchased the lifetime battery service they offer, which left me with little choice. I was genuinely trying to understand what he was explaining, but he spoke very quickly and quietly, making it difficult to follow. Horrible Customer Service! I called this store on Christmas Eve after leaving another BatteriesPlus where I found 2/6 bulbs I needed! I talked to a man by the name of Jay or Jake on the phone. He was extremely rude and was not helpful. He wasn’t listening to what I was asking for and clearly wasn’t in the mood to be helpful.
