Return policy sucks. The reps don’t tell you you only have 14 days to return instead of the typical 30. Now I’m stuck with a battery I don’t need and out of $125. And no I don’t want store credit!
The guys working in the Monroeville store were helpful and friendly.

Folks working their seem pretty oblivious to the nature of batteries. Dude tried to tell me that 3.7v batteries that come from a pair of headphones are “designed for those headphones” and seemed to not understand that these batteries are pretty generic, and can in fact be replaced with some soldering skills, they didn’t magically appear in the headphones.
I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. The technician was friendly, courteous and treated me with respect. I required a new battery in my phone and the service was completed quickly and efficiently. I did not need to wait very long for my repair to be completed.
