Personnel were polite and knowledgeable, and took care of my concerns.
Just glad to talk to a person. Called numerous other retailer and got a computer and was on hold 10+ min. Went to other retail and stood their waiting for someone till I left. Called your store answered on four ring, was willing to double check to make sure they had my battery, and double check to make sure they could install it. Nice to see workers willing to do their job plus a little to help a customer. Very professional.
Store will not honor prices on the Shelf. I visited the store and purchased something off the shelf that clearly showed the price of $6.99. They rang it up as $7.99. I pointed this out and they verified what the Shelf said was wrong but said they could not give it to me at the price on the shelf and that the only price that mattered was on a computer in Wisconsin.
