Jabrielle was super helpful and informative and nice!! Went above and beyond! I could easily order the batteries for my dogs collar online, but batteries & bulbs has very competitive if not lower prices than Amazon on what I shop for! Highly recommend! Ask for Jabrielle!

Just glad to talk to a person. Called numerous other retailer and got a computer and was on hold 10+ min. Went to other retail and stood their waiting for someone till I left. Called your store answered on four ring, was willing to double check to make sure they had my battery, and double check to make sure they could install it. Nice to see workers willing to do their job plus a little to help a customer. Very professional.
