Horrible service, one woman at counter very rude, gave me battery, said good on tester, wouldn’t start my car, brought it back to the counter it was completely dead said bad on the meter.. she blamed me, she said it was no good, she got crazy gave me my old battery back, i put it back in my car it started right away and left, dont trust this place ever!!!
I bought a battery here, that still had 7 months of warranty and the lady didn't want to go through with the exchange because it showed 12 volts but the battery doesn't charge anymore. So I bought a new battery from Autozone and my car started. Don't buy here just because it's cheap.
I bought a battery 1 month ago and in a week the battery was dead I charge the battery and keep doing the same thing I didn’t have time to go exchange and I finally when for exchange and tha lady have very bad attitude and she didn’t do the exchange so I just when to oreally and buy another brand new so I just lost 70$ with this store
Worst service ever..you guys pray on women, especially BLACK WOMEN OF COLOR...I HAVE YOU 1 STAR , BUT YOU DESERVE 0 STARS...
The lady will not help you. She sold me a battery and showed it has a charge buy it was only a surface charge. The battery has a dead cell and one going bad. 1 day after I installed it was dead. I needed a jump. No exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
