Reached out because he came highly recommended. He agreed to replace my roof, gutters and other items damaged by hail and promised to send the agreement multiple times before he ceased all contact. Sent him correspondence explaining I wasn’t in a rush and knew he was busy and I simply wanted an idea of when he might be able to replace my roof. He simply stopped responding. Disappointing and unprofessional, all he had to do was say he wouldn’t be able to do it. I get being busy but this wasted my time.
Stephen was a top-notch professional from the moment he responded to our initial call until the day the job was complete - in addition, he worked with us and our insurance claim making the process much easier. Can't say enough about how hard his crew worked to finish on time and on budget - they were very respectful of us, of the property and kept their supplies stored so it would interfere with our daily lives. We bought a second home out in the Dripping Springs Hill Country. Cutest home on 5 acres with views you just can't get anywhere else in the World. Oh, and an active creek snakes thru the property accompanying a rather nice swimming hole. So, as you can tell we are smitten with the home. After calling Battalion for an estimate, based on their online positive reviews, Stephen came out and in detail, went over everything we needed to tear off and install on a new roof. Since we felt very comfortable with him, especially being the owner, and the price he quoted, knowing that we were working with our insurance company, we scheduled the job.
