Just had our first experience. One word to describe it...AMAZING!! Such a friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors.
I arrived for a long-overdue appointment today and was horrified that Batson Chiropractic Group is pretending that Covid-19 never happened. Nobody was wearing masks, not even the staff, and there was no distancing at all in the waiting area. You seriously had a small room full of non-masked senior citizens crammed together. This long-time patient will NOT be returning to a so-called "health care provider" that so callously disregards my health and safety.
I am honestly blown away by the professionalism, knowledge, affordability, and available therapies here at Batson Chiro - if you are in the Nashville area, I HIGHLY recommend trying them out!

The staff at Batson’s exceeded all of our expectations, and constantly go above and beyond to insure patient comfort, progress, and satisfaction. From the beginning steps to the continued treatment, the entire staff is welcoming and they do a great job explaining the process and what they are wanting to accomplish. I highly recommend them.

This group is the best! They go over and beyond to take care of you. Everyone in the whole office is very friendly. You will be glad you went to them. I feel like a million dollars when I walk out of there. They go the extra mile, not just giving you an adjustment or therapy session, but taking the time to talk to you and answer any questions you might have. It is like you are family. Go, don't hesitate, they are the best!
