The staff is friendly and experienced.
I was pleasantly surprised about the general politeness of all of the staff. They spoke to me like they knew me. They also provided time frames, for instance, if “Sarah” hasn’t found you in 10 minutes, come back here and let me know”. It’s a much better feeling than having no idea how long you’ll sit and wait and wonder. Great place - if needed, I’ll be back.

The staff was very friendly and organized. My wait time was little to nothing at all. Dr. Waggenspack was very friendly, personable, and went out of his way to be sure that I left the clinic with a complete understanding of my diagnosis. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Staff was friendly and professional. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Girod was very professional and took time to explain my situation to me.
I’ve had both shoulders with rotator cuff tears and each time Dr Hatzis did the surgery. He is awesome and I highly recommend him to everyone that has any shoulder issues. His nurse and staff are great!
