RecommendedI was pleasantly surprised about the general politeness of all of the staff. They spoke to me like they knew me. They also provided time frames, for instance, if “Sarah” hasn’t found you in 10 minutes, come back here and let me know”. It’s a much better feeling than having no idea how long you’ll sit and wait and wonder. Great place - if needed, I’ll be back.
