From the time I walked into the building the staff was very helpful. The front desk lady was really nice and the Covid screening ladies cheerful as well. The check in insurance staff was friendly and efficient. Once I got to Dr. Greene’s check in desk they were all friendly and got me to X-ray department where the girls there were happy, efficient and nice. I am incredibly pleased with my first visit to BROC. Dr. Lalonde couldn't have been more accommodating. The staff similarly went out of their way to make me feel better. I recommend BROC with confidence.

I got an appointment within a day , the office is clean , the staff is very respectful, professional , helpful and well mannered , my wait time in the waiting area didn’t take long , and the doctor and his assistant really took care of me after leaving there I can say I haven’t slept in two weeks since I hurt myself but last night was the first time I was able to sleep so I highly recommend this doctor and this place to all my family , friends and even coworkers.
