I've had eight surgeries by Dr. Michael Robichaux, Dr. Greene, and Dr. Griffith in the last ten or so years. My care has never been anything but excellent from everyone from my surgeons to the phone receptionists. I've never had a complication, infection, or problem. You guys really are the best and I wouldn't trust my Orthopedic care to any other facility. Dr. Robichaux is a hand and microvascular surgery magician. I felt I was being blown off by 2 different doctors there it was a waste of my time !!
Very dedicated staff starting with front desk all the way through to visiting the Dr you need. If you must be visiting a clinic of this type, why not come here. You won't be disappointed with the staff.
I give Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic an "A" for in-clinic care and an "F" for correspondence and processing. Not only is there an additional charge for all essential paperwork for employers and disability insurance (the equivalent selling a pair of shoes and charging extra for the laces) , it is rarely completed in a timely manner. One claim form took two weeks and now I'm waiting for a return to work form that I gave them on my last visit on Monday the 18th.
