I would recommend BROC without reservation. My husband and I were in an accident and a friend told us about the clinic. It was everything we were told about it. The service was superb and staff so friendly and courteous. Dr Smith and his NP spend time with us explaining our injuries and ex rays. Throughly satisfied with our experience.
Dr Lalonde did my ankle surgery. He explained the entire process from surgery to recovery. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. His staff does an amazing job, they are available for any questions and or concerns about your progress. They do a great job following up with you. Highly recommend Dr Lalonde and his team.
The staff was extremely professional and pleasant. My doctor took time with me and I appreciated his explanation of my problem. He was very pleasant. I would highly recommend him.
