Dr Batista is an excellent pediatrician and he does the best to keep my children healthy all the time. I recommend this doctor to everyone. His staff is good but the problem is some patients don't respect the staff and don't want to wait for their turn.
excellent pediatrician and his very professional team whenever I need some document they have it ready, when it is an emergency they call me back the very professional doctor.
My friend has a week old baby, so she didn't get the new insurance card, though the baby is on her insurance. This doctor's staff told her to come back the next day when their insurance receptionist is in to call Aetna to verify because they're "too busy today". This was the baby's first visit post hosp. Called the office, asked to speak to the doctor & went into GREAT DEPTHS about how his staff is a representation of him & if he employs such incompetent people his service must be the same!
