The team at Batik Salon is simply the best! I always leave feeling like a million bucks and my hair exceeds my expectations every time. I am treated with respect and genuine care for how I’m doing. People like this will always get my business; because it goes way past a service a Batik Salon - it’s a whole experience!! They pour themselves into their work AND the people sitting in their chair. OVERPRICED, UNPROFESSIONAL, POMPOUS! Had been going to this salon for years. When they started to ask for a credit card on file and a $100 deposit for services, I stopped going. I do not leave my card on file anywhere. Then I came back to CT and decided to make an appt. Received a call 7 days before my appt from Audrey whom left me a rude message mistakenly accusing me of cancelling numerous appts and that she cancelled my appt bc she will not see me and to “have a nice life”. Highly skilled and experienced coloring and cutting staff. They keep up with new trends and only use premium salon products. Same staff for over 15 years of my patronage - they all love their jobs!
This is an A+ salon with the vibe of a family run business. Audrey (co-owner with her husband Matt) creates beautiful hair color, and Matt is a master cutter. Their entire staff are artists in their own right. Both my husband and I are happy clients. We highly recommend Batik Salon
